  • Admin rights are reserved for the client owner only, not shared with staff.
  • Software source code remains the intellectual property of MZR Software.
  • Unauthorized duplication, sharing, or reengineering of software is strictly prohibited.
  • Security updates, bug fixes, and support are provided under our annual maintenance plan.
  • Clients are advised to back up their data regularly; MZR Software is not liable for data loss.
  • Any misuse or unauthorized access attempts may result in account suspension.
  • Compliance with regional software and data laws is the responsibility of the client.

To ensure the safety of our resources and maintain service integrity, a Refundable Security Amount is required at the time of agreement.
